Project: Develop marketing capability for “growth engine” subsidiary

Scope: Multifaceted project focus required strong interface across organization and included the following key elements:

  • Identify and define unique selling proposition for key products.
  • Create branded marketing materials including brochures and web content.
  • Procure product photographs and mockups.
  • Ensure integration and compliance with division and corporate branding.

Outcome: Subsidiary gained capability to participate in industry events and exhibitions, and employees across the subsidiary, business unit and division were able to deliver a consistent and compelling message to prospective and current customers.
